The Buddhist Temple of San Diego has invited us for a special presentation of ‘Walking Nembutsu Meditation’ that will take place at 10am – 12pm on Saturday, November 19th. This event is free and you are welcome to bring interested friends too!
For those who need rides, meet at Gilman Parking Structure at 9:15AM in front of the Campus Parking Office (where you got your bus stickers). Our staff has cars but if you’re willing to help provide rides, feel free to meet us there as well and we’ll let you know if extra cars are needed. Your help will be very much appreciated!

WALKING NEMBUTSU MEDITATION
Save the date: On Saturday, Nov. 19, from 10 A.M. to 12 noon, visiting guest speaker Rev. Dennis Fujimoto will present brief comments and then conduct a group activity: Walking Nembutsu Meditation.
In his comments he will focus on the internal experience of worshippers in reciting Amida Buddha's name, provide practical advice for the walking meditation, and then lead us all in the practice. Walking Nembutsu meditation links us to both present-day experience of our Buddha nature and to ancient traditions within the Pure Land School of Buddhism.
The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served following the meditation.
