The Buddhist Temple of San Diego has invited us for a special presentation of ‘Walking Nembutsu Meditation’ that will take place at 10am – 12pm on Saturday, November 19th. This event is free and you are welcome to bring interested friends too!
For those who need rides, meet at Gilman Parking Structure at 9:15AM in front of the Campus Parking Office (where you got your bus stickers). Our staff has cars but if you’re willing to help provide rides, feel free to meet us there as well and we’ll let you know if extra cars are needed. Your help will be very much appreciated!

Information Sessions
The University Buddhist Association (UBA) is now an official registered UCSD student organization as of Monday, October 10th, 2011!
We will be holding information sessions at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, October 19th in the Green Table Room and at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 21st in the Red Shoe Room in the Sun God Lounge in Price Center.
Please, join us if you can to learn more about what this organization has planned for the upcoming school year: general body meetings, events, etc. If you are interested in leadership positions, our council is open so come for more information.
We hope to see you there!

Welcome!
Welcome to the official website for UCSD's University Buddhist Association!
The University Buddhist Association (UBA) is the first student-run organization at University of California - San Diego devoted to providing both a community for Buddhists and a open forum for discussing Buddhism.
Students of all types of religious backgrounds, cultural backgrounds, etc. are welcome to attend meetings and/or become members of the UBA at UCSD!
There will be an informational meeting within the first few weeks of Fall Quarter 2011, so keep an eye out for that!
